Refund policy

1. Returns

Because every AURIZ product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong size selected by customer

Change of mind

Style preference changes

Ordering the wrong product

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

2. Replacements (Allowed Cases)

We will replace the product free of cost if:

The product is damaged

The product has a manufacturing defect

You received the wrong item

3. Replacement Request Time

You must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

Order number

Clear photos of the issue

Unboxing video (recommended)

4. Conditions for Replacement

The product must be:

Unused

Unwashed

With original packaging and tags

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.

5. Refund Policy

We generally offer replacements instead of refunds.

Refunds may be issued only if:

Replacement stock is unavailable

Order cannot be fulfilled

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be required to confirm the order via OTP or WhatsApp before shipping.

Repeated fake orders may lead to COD restrictions.
